Our idea is that human resources are often the greatest wealth of a business or a profession and that is why we want to allow our Customers to manage them at best.
Our idea is that good care, administration, organization of human resources is a gesture of attention towards people, a way to make them understand that, for the employer, their satisfaction is important.
Our idea is that the tools for managing human resources should be available to everyone. That is why we make sure that small and medium-sized businesses have those tools that are often only available to large organizations, and that larger companies can use them under the most convenient and economic conditions and with better efficiency standards than ever before.
Working with our Customers and observing their organizational procedures, we have noted that for small and medium-sized enterprises it is often impossible to have an internal, autonomous and efficient personnel department, if not a Department of Human Resources. The costs of hardware and software, and those for staff, are too high for small organizations. Therefore, personnel administration is usually entrusted to an Employment Consultancy Firm, while formalities are managed by internal staff with diagrams, files, archives, but which in fact handles the same data already in possession of the Consultancy Firm. The result is a duplication of activities and operating times, which does not entail any improvements from an organizational point of view.
The larger companies instead however, having to deal with human resources in a more organic and structured manner, while opting to outsource personnel management, keep the actual management of human resources internal. To do this, companies are equipped with expensive hardware and software platforms for archiving and managing procedures relating to careers, training, evaluation, selection, as well as for further processing data already present in the system of the Employment Consultancy Firm.
In none of these cases is consideration given to, not is there an ability to use, the great value represented by a database created and managed by an Employment Consultancy Firm. Simply put, there is a duplication of structures, labor and time to manage the same data in two different environments: a waste of resources.
Our methodology, developed through the efforts of planning, investment and training carried out in recent years in partnership with the software company Zucchetti S.p.A., is that the Firm provides the Customer not only the administration, but also advanced tools for personnel management: automated time and attendance, flow management and authorizations, duty travel and expense reimbursements, integrated human resource management systems.
All this, simply by licensing the use of procedures installed at our facility, which we update, safeguard and above all foster mainly on the basis of data related to the workforce that already exists in the system.
This result, which can only be achieved through an advanced computer and systems organization, offers the Customer two additional advantages: the guarantee of high standards of data security and the tranquility of being able to rely on qualified professionals, capable of managing these computer systems and providing support in the event of absence or temporary absence of a dedicated figure in the Customer’s organization.
