Our personnel administration service combines the quality and personalization typical of a professional firm with the technological possibilities and advanced services that are usually a prerogative of large corporate structures.
In particular, the service is tailored to the needs of each Customer, and our structure is organized accordingly, with different features and internal organizations.
The small company business or profession, for example, often prefers an all-inclusive service: we take care of all obligations, functions or problems to the smallest detail, so much so that the Customer does not need an administrative setup or dedicated computer.
Medium and large companies, however, which are more structured and sometimes equipped with a personnel department, prefer shared management: we handle the more complex technical tasks, while the Customer, by accessing our information systems, directly manages some of the information which can be used to prepare reports.
In both cases, each task is performed, managed or supervised by our structure through two key tools:
- The Payroll Engine, our IT procedure for processing and managing payroll is based on the Zucchetti platform and can handle over 200 labor contracts;
- the HR web Portal, the interface that allows the Customer to access data and documents prepared by the Studio at all times, to communicate information on attendance and create an area reserved for employees in which to consult their earning statements, Severance Pay balance , holidays and absences and summary annual tax certificates.
Our procedures allow the Customer to provide documents and data flows in digital and electronic form, also for third parties, so as to avoid to the extent possible, the preparation of internal documents. Pay slip can be provided on the portal in digital format, or delivered in paper form.
